SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery

I aim to despatch your item within 1-2 working days in the case of an original piece of artwork, notwithstanding being away on holiday etc. In the case of a print, longer delivery times apply, as they are printed especially for you.

In every case, I will keep you up to date with the delivery of your artwork.

Packaging

I try to reuse packaging materials where possible. Sometimes, there's nothing better to protect your artwork from moisture than plastic and I hope you, like me, are okay with the re-use of materials to avoid the strain on the environment. I also hope that you'll continue the cycle and re-use it yourself :)

Returns and Refunds

I understand that when you buy something from a website it isn't always what you expected when it arrives or perhaps it just doesn't look quite right when you put it on your bedroom wall - other walls are available. I therefore do accept returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is in perfect condition and you return it with its original packaging. I will process a refund back to your original payment method as soon as I can once the item has been received and checked. All returns are at your (the customers) expense, unless the item has arrived damaged. In the unfortunate event that this happens, please contact me with clear photos of the damage and I will arrange to reimburse your postage costs in-line with the outward postage (cost to me) and process a refund once I have received the item.
